Agreed. As I've been commenting on another blog, a military tribunal would have already made up it's mind before the trial had even begun. The views of the military members in our class is proof of that. With any trial, the presumption of innocence is paramount, no matter what they're accused of. I would say that the people selected for trial in this case are likely known to be guilty, but for that reason, I would recuse myself. If only others would say the same.
